At the 900 year old Abbey du Thoronet, just outside of the village of Carces in the South of France, Mass is celebrated on Sunday morning just as it has been for centuries. As part of the ceremony, Gregorian chants are sung by the choir. The acoustics in this stone building are simply amazing. A person speaking in a normal voice can be clearly heard at the other end of the chapel, over one hundred meters away.
